Values@Work was the project name for the global organisational development project in the merger between Wilhelmsen Lines and Wallenius Lines in 1999. The project planned and completed global leadership analyses and regional development programs for two years of the merged company Wallenius Wilhelmsen lines, later Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics. Tone S. Ringstad was Head of organisational development and the global project leader.
Values@Work was established as a consultancy in 2003, then operating in Dinamo, the leading house of communication in Norway at the time. values@work delivered the values side of brands in close partnerships with the advertising, PR and design business units.
Values@Work co-founded People Unlimited in 2005, delivering ”valuable change”. The company has developed customer relationships in Scandinavia and has delivered successful projects the areas of strategic orientation, leadership development, brand platform clarity and cultural transfomation.
Values@Work is now a network of consultants with broad experience. There are experts in communication, strategy, innovation and change. Our shared vision is that change is necessary, and values are useful tools to make it happen.
