The Values Way is the process and concepts of values driven development. The process is based on the Hall Tonna values map.
The values map is anchored by the unique values framework that Brian Hall developed starting in the early 1970s. This framework was validated in the mid 1980s while Dr. Brian Hall was a professor at Santa Clara University. It has been Brian Hall's vision to bring meaning to people and institutions globally. It is the only multilingual and multicultural tool that has been documented and statistically validated (Hall, B.P., Values Shift, 1994).
Values mapping is an internet-based survey giving instant reports. The internet-based survey and reports are accessible from all corners of the world where there is access to internet.
