values@work was invited for a project with the objective to design and facilitate a new brand plaform for a customer. The company was a successful industry builder with a long history in multiple sales and business areas. Their strategic ambition was to expand in business areas and market share.
We gathered information about the existing customer relationships, customer needs in the future, sampled the employees insight in improvement needs and finally conducted a values mapping for all employees.
The process were driven over a period of 9 months with four workshops and leadership processes and work in between.
The result is a solid brand platform including mission, customer promises, corporate values and vision, owned by the people in the organisation.
We are proud to say this project was completed in proactive participation and with energy and responsibility from the company. Now they look forward to reach out to the market and expand their business!
